Autodesk Inc. saw a significant decline following the disclosure of its internal accounting investigation and the postponement of its annual financial report. The San Francisco-based software maker revealed that it has launched an internal probe with external counsel and advisors, focusing on accounting practices related to free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices. Despite this, the company maintains the belief that the review will not impact previously released financial statements.
