The recent recovery in the price of Bitcoin (BTC) has resulted in a substantial increase in market liquidations, with over $311 million in liquidations and more than 90,000 traders affected. The current price of Bitcoin stands at $66,969.92, marking a significant 6% increase over the past 24 hours. However, short sellers have not fared well due to this uptick, as over $98.99 million worth of Bitcoin has been liquidated. Ethereum (ETH) has also experienced a significant liquidation of $86.4 million, attributed to the alleged investigation into the Ethereum Foundation. The cryptocurrency market is at a critical juncture, with uncertainty surrounding the potential for another all-time high play for Bitcoin and other altcoins. Despite distress and uncertainties, industry leaders are holding onto core building fundamentals, such as the Dencun upgrade, which may drive long-term growth.
