China’s former richest woman, Yang Huiyan, is still reaping a windfall from her crumbling property empire. The chair of Country Garden Holdings Co., Yang Huiyan, is poised to receive about 160.2 million yuan ($22 million) in dividends from her direct stake in Country Garden Services Holdings Co. Additionally, a family foundation she transferred more than half of her stake to in July is expected to receive 198.7 million yuan in dividends. This news comes amidst the challenges faced by her property empire, highlighting the ongoing financial activities of influential figures in the business world.
