China’s former richest woman, Yang Huiyan, is still reaping a windfall from her crumbling property empire. The chair of Country Garden Holdings Co., Yang Huiyan, is poised to receive about 160.2 million yuan ($22 million) in dividends from her direct stake in Country Garden Services Holdings Co. Additionally, a family foundation she transferred more than half of her stake to in July is expected to receive 198.7 million yuan in dividends.
