Citigroup Inc. recently implemented a fresh round of job cuts in its US investment bank as part of a planned restructuring. The technology, media, and telecom coverage areas at the Wall Street lender were hit hard, affecting several senior and junior roles. Managing directors Yaseen Choudhury and Abhi Singhal, both from the financial technology team, have exited the bank. They had joined Citigroup in 2022, according to their LinkedIn profiles.
