ECB Considers Lowering Borrowing Costs: Member Olli Rehn

The European Central Bank is set to discuss lowering borrowing costs at its next two meetings, as stated by Governing Council member Olli Rehn. In a blog post on Friday, Rehn mentioned that the risks of premature interest rate cuts have reduced due to the updated forecast and lower growth forecast.
