French President Emmanuel Macron has pledged to enhance Paris as a hub for capital markets by introducing new measures to facilitate initial public offerings and channel more investment to smaller companies. Speaking at a conference held by Euronext NV, the Paris-based stock exchange operator, Macron emphasized the need to make France a more attractive place for financing the economy.
