Galeria Kaufhof is in discussions with two bidders for a potential acquisition following the bankruptcy of the Signa group, led by René Benko. The negotiations have been narrowed down to two bidders after receiving four binding offers, according to insolvency administrator Stefan Denkhaus. Both bidders intend to continue operating Galeria as a whole, with a decision expected by early May. This development marks a significant step in the ongoing affairs of Galeria Kaufhof amidst the aftermath of Signa's collapse.
