Mexico's newly established state-owned airline is facing a lawsuit from SAT Aero Holdings Inc., formerly known as Petrus Aero Holdings. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in New York, claims the airline's lack of cooperation has endangered its entire operation. SAT Aero Holdings is seeking damages totaling $838.5 million, along with $2.4 million in costs, putting the future of the airline at risk.
