A system failure is causing disruptions in McDonald's stores from Hong Kong to Australia, with some restaurants suspending services until the glitch is resolved. The issue has left customers unable to order at its stores, as well as from electronic kiosks and mobile apps. The fast-food giant advised customers to order from staff at store counters. The incident has resulted in significant inconvenience to both the company and its patrons.
