Meta Platforms Inc. faced a setback as the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit denied its request to postpone the US Federal Trade Commission's review of alleged privacy breaches within its Facebook arm. The court ruled that Meta had not met the stringent requirements for an injunction pending appeal regarding its five constitutional challenges, concluding that none of them had a likelihood of success.
