Mexico's newly established state airline faces a lawsuit from SAT Aero Holdings Inc., previously known as Petrus Aero Holdings, over a contract dispute. The lawsuit claims damages amounting to the full contract value of US$838.5 million, along with over US$2.4 million in costs. Allegations include lack of cooperation in aircraft leasing and crew recruitment, posing a significant threat to the company's operations and stability.
