Nvidia Corp. surged on Tuesday, leading chipmaker stocks higher after the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Semiconductor Index rebounded by 1.8% from a recent 5.3% loss. This recovery followed a tough period of decline on Monday and Friday. Nvidia outperformed with a gain of 6.3%, while Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. also saw a significant rise of 5.5%.
