⚠️ Heads up: this article is from our "experimental era" — a beautiful mess of enthusiasm ✨, caffeine ☕, and user-submitted chaos 🤹. We kept it because it’s part of our journey 🛤️ (and hey, everyone has awkward teenage years 😅).

Nvidia has introduced Earth-2 APIs at Nvidia GTC 2024, empowering meteorologists to create richer and more detailed simulations to address extreme weather costs. These new models are set to be used by governments and organizations worldwide to improve weather forecasts, enable earlier predictions, and enhance evacuation planning. The Earth-2 cloud APIs will run on Nvidia DGX Cloud, utilizing a new generative AI model called CorrDiff to generate higher resolution images faster and more energy efficiently, leading to more precise forecasts.
