Oracle has introduced new generative AI capabilities integrated into its Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite at Oracle CloudWorld in London. The AI enhancements are designed to improve decision-making processes and enhance the experience for employees and customers. The generative AI additions aim to enhance workflows across finance, supply chain, HR, sales, marketing, and service. Steve Miranda, EVP for Applications Development at Oracle, highlighted the company’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions tailored to customers’ needs. Oracle’s generative AI solutions promise to deliver insightful narratives, status summaries, call center summaries, and supplier recommendations. Additionally, Oracle has enhanced the Oracle Guided Journeys framework to enable customers to integrate their own preferred and custom generative AI capabilities into existing Oracle Fusion Applications. This allows enterprises to tailor their AI solutions specifically to their industry and requirements. The more than 50 generative AI use cases embedded within Oracle Fusion Applications will be supported by the company’s Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring privacy safeguards to maintain confidentiality. The integration of generative AI is aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, expanding insights, and improving the employee and customer experience.
