On April 10th, Reltio is set to unveil its new Customer 360 Data Product, built on AI-infused master data management platform. It aims at providing organizations with a unified view of customers through enhanced AI features. The product integrates a generative AI conversational assistant, FERN approach for entity resolution, and Reltio Intelligence Assistant technology, all powered by AI. By going beyond typical CDP capabilities, Reltio is positioning its offering as a data product, including data observability, real-time API access, and integration into analytics systems. Reltio plans to expand its offerings to include additional data domains by vertical and use case, while refining the conversational experience based on customer feedback.
