With the Russian launch industry facing challenges due to outdated technology and competition from SpaceX and others, the proposed Amur-CNG rocket aims to offer lower-cost launches. However, targeted debut dates and capacity aspirations have faced significant delays, raising doubt over the feasibility of the plan.
