SpaceX's third test launch of its Starship mega-rocket was a success, marking a significant milestone after two previous test flights ended in explosions last year. The company made a series of upgrades to the rocket system that ultimately led to a successful launch. Several adjustments were made to prevent a similar fire incident, with SpaceX also equipping the prototype with additional fire protection. Despite the success, some mission objectives were not achieved, leading to a hard splashdown of the Super Heavy booster. However, SpaceX officials have plans for more test flights this year.
