The semiconductor design company Synopsys reveals its 1.6T Ethernet solution to support faster Ethernet speeds for AI workloads in hyperscale data centers. This solution aims to reduce interconnect power consumption and latency, while meeting the demands of emerging AI workloads. The 1.6T Ethernet solution is already adopted by multiple customers and is expected to play a pivotal role in the next-generation Ethernet standards for hyperscale data centers.
