Trafigura Group has agreed to pay a fine of $126 million and plead guilty to charges related to bribery in Brazil. This case is the latest involving corruption by a commodity trading giant. The guilty plea is expected to be entered in a federal court in Miami on Thursday, as per a source close to the matter. Both Trafigura and the Department of Justice declined to comment on this issue. The company's involvement in bribery raises concerns about ethical conduct in global commodities trading.
