A German appeals court has cleared the path for a retrial in a €560 million case involving a price-fixing cartel. Daimler Truck Holding AG and Volvo AB are set to be retried over allegations of overcharging customers for their vehicles. The case also involves other truckmakers such as Volkswagen AG’s MAN unit and Iveco Group NV. The retrial follows a previous ruling that dismissed the case, and is expected to continue the legal battle for compensation.
