⚠️ Heads up: this article is from our "experimental era" — a beautiful mess of enthusiasm ✨, caffeine ☕, and user-submitted chaos 🤹. We kept it because it’s part of our journey 🛤️ (and hey, everyone has awkward teenage years 😅).

UBS Group AG has decided to lease an entire 14-story office tower in Hong Kong, almost double the originally planned space. This move represents a significant vote of confidence for the city as it strives to maintain its position as the region's premier financial hub. The Swiss lender will occupy 460,000 square feet in the building situated in West Kowloon, a project developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. This allocation is 84% more than the 250,000 square feet initially announced by UBS for rental in 2022.
