Ukraine has intensified its drone strikes on Russian oil facilities, hitting three refineries in two days. The attacks caused a fire at an oil facility near Moscow. The strategy aims to deprive the enemy of resources and reduce the flow of oil money and fuel. The targeted facilities account for about 10 percent of Russia's oil-processing capacity.
