Tensions between Ukraine and Russia have escalated as Ukraine reported hitting a Russian amphibious assault ship, the Konstantin Olshanskiy, in Crimea using a Neptune missile. The ship had been docked in Sevastopol since 2014 when it was seized from Ukraine during the annexation of Crimea by Russia. Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk revealed the incident, highlighting the ongoing military tension in the region.
